 We help you sell your work to the public without any hassle and there are great benefits to joining our Creu community:

  • You don't have to pay a fee to place your work on our site.
  • You can upload detailed images of your work, helping to stimulate sales.
  • Images. Only upload high quality images of your art or craft. Remember the better the photograph the greater chance you have of selling your work
  • Our system is simple and fully automated so you can manage your work easily.
  • You can let your customers know if you're away or too busy for further commissions by marking your gallery unavailable, restoring it when you're ready. Go to your artists admin area and tick Holiday Mode to do this.
  • You get payment 28 days after the customer has confirmed delivery of your art work.
  • We take only a modest commission.

How it works


  • Submit as many original pieces as you'd like.
  • Take photographs of your work and upload them to the site up to four images of each work. Choose a main image and three more thumbnails  to show different angles and details. Images. Only upload high quality images of your art or craft. Remember the better the photograph the greater chance you have of selling your work
  • Fill in the Attributes section. You can add media and a more detailed description of the style and materials.
  • Once your works are posted, we'll alert you of any orders by email.
  • You can also log in at any time to keep track of any orders.
  • We take care of the customers, answering any queries or questions.
  • Your payment will arrive into your PayPal account 28 days from the time that the customer has confirmed delivery of your art work
  • This timescale is used because it allows seven days for delivery, our 14-day money-back guarantee, and seven days for returns.
  • You get a purchase advice note for every piece of work you sell.

Creating your account


  • Create your account
  • Go to our registration page and supply your details.
  • Once registered, you will be taken to your dashboard.
  • Upload pictures and details of your works including descriptions and pricings.
  • We will contact you to inform you whether your pieces have been accepted. This process usually takes less than 24 hours.
  • At the moment, were only accepting artists based in the UK.

How we promote your work

  • We use Google AdWords and the best keywords to maximise how many people find Creu using search engines and advertise in high-end magazines.
  • We choose only the best creators to feature on our site.
  • We understand that quality work will drive potential customers to us and help you make sales.

What you need to do


  •  Package your work securely and ensure you dispatch it within five days of receiving an order. See our detailed tips for packaging:
  • If you sell a work independently, you must mark it as sold on the inventory tab in My Artwork or remove it from the site immediately.
  • Ensure your gallery is in Holiday Mode if you are away or cannot fill orders.
  • All pieces must have a signed Certificate of Authenticity which we will email to you as a pdf. Please print them out, sign them, and send them with the artworks to purchasers.

Pricing


You set your own pricing for each piece. It should include the costs of packaging and delivery worldwide, for which you are responsible. It is a matter for you whether or not you incude all delivery and ancillary charges, costs and expenses in the price shown on the website. 

You should contact your preferred courier for the costs for all work of art to be delivered whether in this country or worldwide. 

Our commission is 35%, covering running costs for Creu's site, marketing, advertising, credit card processing, administration, and invoicing.

How buyers pay

Customers pay using a debit or credit card through a PayPal gateway, the can also use a PayPal account to pay for their art.

 Returns 


  •  Customers can return pieces for any reason within a 14-day, no-quibble, money-back guarantee period.
  • If a work is returned, customers will pay postage and insurance. You cannot recoup the cost of delivery to the customer from Creu.
  • Terms and conditions for artists are available on the dashboard once you have registered - or upon request.
